SCHEDULING:

• Confirm appointments  using the hyperlink in the text message reminders sent to your phone number.
• Appointments are first come, first serve.
• Reschedule you appointments ASAP. We have a waitlist of clients who may take that opening.

PACKAGES:

• Massage packages may only be used between 2 people.
• Packages must be used within 6 months.
• To upgrade to a longer massage time, the additional amount is owed. You may not combine massages in a package to make a longer massage time.
• Please note: Massage packages are purchased with the company, Mindful Motion directly and not with a specific therapist on staff. Meaning, if your preferred therapist takes an extended leave of absence, parts ways with the company or in any other fashion is unable to provide the massage service, a refund will not be given. We have a fully staffed office of highly skilled massage therapists that you may choose from to complete your package. Massage packages are to be used within the 3-6 month time period regardless of the circumstances mentioned above.

Cancellations/no shows/running late:

• Cancellations/no shows within 24-hours will incur a 40 percent retail service price, cancellation fee. Package clients included.
