Private Pilates sessions are 50 minutes in length and range from beginner to advanced forms of contemporary Pilates movements on the mat, reformer and tower. All sessions are customized to your needs for that day.

Pilates packages of six sessions are available for 10 percent off. Packages must be used within 4-6 months and may only be shared between two people.

A contemporary Pilates session targeting core strength, stability and flow. Light hands-on assist and stretching. This tier is a great start for beginners!

Recovery Mode $80

A contemporary Pilates session focusing on specific injuries or chronic pain. May include Gua Sha (IASTM,) active release stretching (ART), cupping. Moderate hands-on assist/manual therapy.

The Melt Pilates $80

A balanced Pilates session focusing on lengthening, deep myofascial release and breath work. May include Gua Sha (IASTM,) active release stretching (ART), cupping. ​Moderate hands on assist.

The Heater Pilates $80

A contemporary Pilates session that will challenge the core and full body. Includes the jump board for cardio and hand weights (get that heart pumping!) ​Light hands-on assist and stretching.

Pre/Post Natal $80

A restorative, customized session for expecting & new mothers. Release full body tension with intentional breath work and deep Myofasical stretching. Moderate hands on assist.

The Escape $155

The ultimate half day of healing. Come in for a 50-minute Pilates session and finish with a relaxing 30-minute free-flow massage on 1-2 problem areas. You'll be glad you did.

The optimal strength gained from a consistent Pilates practice is non-rigid, balancing strength with mobility and flexibility. It helps you move and breathe through your daily activities with more freedom through reduced inflammation and chronic pain.

Your Pilates instructor will review your medical history, chronic pain patterns and a postural analysis. While you perform Pilates mat and reformer exercises, your instructor will be able to identify full body imbalances and compensation patterns. This will help your instructor to create a specific exercise routines to progress with full body healing , strength and mobility.

Comfortable exercise clothing, a water bottle and bottom grip Pilates socks. Men must wear biker style shorts under any lose garments.

1-3x per week. Consult with your Pilates teacher as this is contingent upon the nature of your visit and case.

After your first session you should already feel the healing benefits of Pilates but healing from chronic pain, injuries and post surgery, takes time. You will feel more strength, mobility and flexibility within 1-2 months.

Yes, sessions are customized to the individual’s activity level and needs. We offer a wide range of training  for various types of activity levels including: rehab-focused , restorative and advanced, modern Pilates movements. As you progress in your practice, we’ll add on more challenging moves and sequences.
